Cancellation Policy

At Anusandhanam Consultancy, we strive to provide high-quality research and consultancy services to all our clients. Clients may cancel their service request within one (1) hour of making the payment. Cancellation requests received within this period will be eligible for a refund, subject to verification. Once the one-hour cancellation period has elapsed, the consultancy process may have already commenced. Therefore, no cancellation requests will be accepted and no refund will be provided after one hour from the time of payment. To request a cancellation, clients must contact us through our registered email address or official communication channels and provide payment details for verification. Anusandhanam Consultancy reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not comply with the above policy.

Refund Policy

At Anusandhanam Consultancy, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of consultancy, research guidance, documentation, and intellectual services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1. A full refund will be considered only if the cancellation request is made within one (1) hour of payment.
2. No refund shall be issued after one (1) hour from the time of payment, as work allocation, consultation planning, document review, or research support activities may have already begun.
3. Refunds will not be provided for:
◦ Change of mind after payment.
◦ Delay caused by the client in providing required information or documents.
◦ Services already delivered or partially delivered.
◦ Dissatisfaction arising from factors beyond our control.
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the original mode of payment.
5. Anusandhanam Consultancy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
